Boiler fitted to our satisfaction although there was rescheduling of original booking by the installer where my husband had already booked a day off. Then the engineer didn’t turn up on the day of arrangements and ended up rescheduling to original day of booking . Overall good service provided by Chris who had been helpful and very considerate throughout our experience. Chris is an understanding member of staff and did go extra mile in the end to keep our custom.

Speedily fitted a boiler within a day of getting a quote. Installers were really friendly, efficient and the price was the best I got by a long way from quite a few quotes. For a service in london was really pleased, and will def use again for any gas issues.

Chris from Smartheat was very professional when visiting my home. He was very polite and tidy and explained to me everything that he was doing. When searching for quotes Smartheat were very efficient at getting back to me and also offered the best price. Would recommend Smartheat to everyone.

My boiler was broken for two days received quotes from many people plus the waits were too long, I got Jiri’s contact from my uncle called him he came in did a really good job promptly fixed my boiler got the parts fixed it and now I have heat and hot water finally Thank you Jiri for your amazing service

Great company and great knowledgeable people that I would highly recommend. I had quotes for a new boiler (which needed relocating and an accumulator fitting to increase the pressure throughout the house) from 6 companies and Smartheat showed the right level of knowledge and expertise and come in at a good price. When they were on the job, they worked hard and were considerate, explaining well at each stage of the job. I will be getting them back whenever I need some plumbing work done. I couldn't recommend these guys enough.

I Move into this new flat with no heating for three day. Don’t know what to do then I went on GumtreeUK and found SmartHeat number. I call him and he came round next day . He fixed it and am soo happy now . Very reliable

Company responded to request for quote with fair price from pics sent. Straight forward combi to combi swap out. Work completed no probs. Compare that to companies who fail to quote, give a ridiculous price and then "milk" the job onsite with extra not needed work. Save the hassle just come to this company first!

I asked Jiri to get a new connection from the new gas meter to my flat of the first floor and install the boiler and central heating as I only had electricity in my flat. Jiri always responded my call promptly and his work was quick and organized. It took 5 days for him and his team to complete the job. After his work, they cleaned each day and left no mess at all for 5 days. He is reliable, responsible, and professional. I strongly recommend him, and I will call him when I have next work.

Jiri installed two boilers at my rental houses in Sept 2021. From the moment I spoke to him, he was honest and guided me in choosing the best boiler for my needs and my tenants needs. I received all the paper work the next day post installation from the manufacture. It was a smooth installation from start to finish, so happy with his work and services. Really good reliable (arrived on time as he said he would), hardworking and quick in his installs, no messing around and more importantly at a very good price. I had a new Worcester boiler fitted by Smartheat London. All done within 3 days of asking, competitive price, with good advice given. Very clean and tidy installation, nice guy and always responds to calls. I will ask him to do my servicing, and I would recommend him to others .

My experience of dealing with SmartHeat London has been very good. The owner responded with little delay. Had my appointment for a boiler replacement booked within days of contacting them. Changing a boiler can be both costly and complicated. I was offered a very competitive price on my new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 2000, and after the installation there were some snags that were ironed out in no time. I would recommend this company to everyone I know.

My boiler failed without warning and I needed a replacement urgently as it was too old to repair. A friend recommended I try SmartHeat. They were able to come within two days. Jiri was excellent. He replaced the boiler and had the heating running again in a few hours. He was as pleasant as he was efficient, a real credit to his company. I would recommend SmartHeat and Jiri in particular to anyone needing a new gas boiler.

Jiri of Smartheat flushed the system and replaced my old gas boiler with a new Vailant. He gave good advice on which size to go for and recommended me to use a boiler slightly smaller than I had in mind. He said fitting an oversize boiler is less efficient, which turns out to be absolutely correct. He fitted me in quickly knowing I had no hot water and central heating. Although I am in Chelmsford, he made no fuss. Fitted & completed and running in 1 day for a fair price. Jiri is straightforward and easy to talk to. He left my house clean an tidy.

My boiler stopped working I had no heating and hot water. I called smart heat London limited and they were over within 2 hours. They advised my boiler was over 10 years old and had become uneconomical to repair. They quoted a very competitive price to replace and said they could have it done within 36 hours. Great customer service and thought the cost was very reasonable Would highly recommend!
